Wat betekent dit?

De grondslag per btw-groep moet gelijk zijn aan de netto regelbedragen min factuurkortingen plus factuurtoeslagen. Groepeer op dezelfde btw-categorie en hetzelfde tarief.

Veelvoorkomende oorzaken

  • Een factuurkorting is niet afgetrokken.
  • Een toeslag is aan de verkeerde btw-groep gekoppeld.

Zo los je het op

  1. Controleer de btw-categorie en het tarief op regels, factuurkortingen en toeslagen.
  2. Bereken de grondslag per groep opnieuw uit die bedragen.
  3. Laat de btw-uitsplitsing opnieuw opbouwen.
Wat de regel zegt (technisch)

For each VAT category and rate, the VAT category taxable amount (BT-116) shall equal the sum of Invoice line net amounts minus document level allowances plus document level charges with that category and rate (BR-Z-08, BR-E-08, BR-AE-08, BR-IC-08, BR-G-08, BR-O-08).

Recalculate TaxableAmount per category from the lines, allowances and charges that carry that category.
