For bookkeepers and accounting firms

Check your whole client list for Peppol receivability in one go

Some Belgian businesses are registered under only one of their two Peppol IDs — the enterprise number (0208) or the VAT number (9925). Suppliers using the other ID can’t deliver to them. Upload your client list and see for each client whether invoices arrive, and what to fix.

  • Every client under 0208 and 9925
  • Live from the Peppol network
  • Explanations in Dutch, French and English

Four possible results per client

For each company you see under which ID Peppol invoices arrive, the risk, and what the client should have their access point register.

Receivable under both IDs

No delivery risk: invoices arrive whichever Belgian Peppol ID the supplier uses.

Nothing to do. Suppliers can send to 0208:0403170701 (recommended) or 9925:BE0403170701.

Only under 0208 (enterprise number)

Suppliers whose software addresses Belgian customers by VAT number (scheme 9925) — common in foreign and some older packages — cannot deliver. Their invoice is rejected or never leaves their system.

Ask the company (or its accounting software / Peppol access point) to also register 9925:BE0403170701, preferably at the same access point.

Only under 9925 (VAT number)

Belgian Peppol providers must register companies under their enterprise number (0208), and most Belgian invoicing software sends there. Those invoices cannot be delivered.

Ask the company's Peppol access point to register 0208:0403170701 (the KBO/BCE enterprise number) next to the VAT ID.

Not receivable on Peppol

Peppol e-invoices cannot reach this company at all. Since 1 January 2026, VAT-registered Belgian companies must be able to receive structured e-invoices.

Ask the company to choose a Peppol access point (often included in its accounting software) and register 0208:0403170701 — and ideally 9925:BE0403170701 as well.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste or upload

A CSV export from your accounting software or a list of enterprise or VAT numbers — with or without BE, dots or spaces.

  2. 2

    We check both IDs

For every company we ask the Peppol network live whether 0208 and 9925 are registered for Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 invoices.

  3. 3

    You get an action list

Who can’t be reached or is missing an ID, with the concrete fix: register the missing ID with their access point.
