Terms of service

Last updated 28 Oct 2026

The operator details on this page are being finalised and will be published before paid plans go live.

These terms apply to the use of InvoiceVerify. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

InvoiceVerify checks electronic invoices against published technical specifications (EN 16931, Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 and related code lists) and converts between formats. Reports are a technical aid. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice and do not guarantee acceptance by a recipient, platform or tax authority.

2. Free plan

Without an account you may validate 3 invoices per calendar month. Validating our sample files does not count. We may limit automated or abusive use.

3. Pro subscription

  • Pro costs €14 per month or €99 per year, excluding VAT, paid in advance.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are not refunded, except where required by law.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, share API keys publicly, overload the service or use it for unlawful purposes. API usage is limited per key per minute.

5. Your data

You remain the owner of your invoices. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. External services such as VIES may be unavailable outside our control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or consequences of decisions based on a report.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Northern Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
