What it means
A percentage discount or charge must also state the amount to which the percentage applies.
Typical causes
- A percentage was entered without its base amount.
- The export left out the base amount.
How to fix it
- Open the discount or charge details.
- Enter the amount used as the calculation base.
- If already entered, ask your provider to include BaseAmount in the export.
What the rule says (technical)
Allowance/charge base amount MUST be provided when allowance/charge percentage is provided.
Add cbc:BaseAmount whenever cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric is used.
