What it means
When a discount or charge states a base amount, it must also state the percentage used.
Typical causes
- The percentage field was left empty.
- A fixed discount was exported with a base amount but no percentage.
How to fix it
- Check how the discount or charge was calculated.
- Enter the percentage if it is percentage-based.
- For a fixed amount, ask your provider to omit the unused base amount instead.
What the rule says (technical)
Allowance/charge percentage MUST be provided when allowance/charge base amount is provided.
Add cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric whenever cbc:BaseAmount is used.
