How to send e-invoices from e-conomic

Peppol via partnerOIOUBLVisma e-conomic · 🇩🇰

e-conomic documents international Peppol invoicing with registration completed through Sproom. Both sender and customer must be registered, and the invoice needs an electronic address and customer reference information.

Before you start

  • Register the company for Peppol from e-conomic.
  • Have an authorised person sign the Sproom registration document.
  • Confirm that the customer is registered on Peppol.
  • Complete company CVR number, country and customer electronic address.

Step by step

  1. 1Open the orange settings control and choose Alle indstillinger.
  2. 2Select E-fakturering.
  3. 3Enter the name and email of the authorised signatory.
  4. 4Choose Registrer dig på Peppol netværket.
  5. 5Sign the document received from Sproom and wait for activation.
  6. 6Complete the customer’s electronic invoicing address and Attention or Deres reference.
  7. 7Create, post and send the electronic invoice using the configured service.

Why invoices from e-conomic get rejected

  • An unsigned Sproom registration document leaves the registration process incomplete.
  • Complete Attention or Deres reference: the guide lists a contact reference among required sending information.
  • Check the electronic address type, company CVR number and country.
  • Include an order or requisition number when the recipient requires one.

Good to know

  • OIOUBL is documented for e-conomic electronic invoices; it is not a claim that the international Peppol payload uses that same syntax.
  • The partner classification reflects the documented Sproom registration and delivery route.
