Wat betekent dit?

Het bestand wordt niet herkend als een ondersteunde e-factuur. Een UBL 2.1-factuur of creditnota, of een UN/CEFACT CII-factuur, met de juiste formaatverklaring is nodig.

Veelvoorkomende oorzaken

  • Je hebt een pdf of een ander XML-formaat gekozen
  • De export gebruikt een verkeerde documentverklaring

Zo los je het op

  1. Kies UBL 2.1 of CII in je exportinstellingen
  2. Laat je leverancier het hoofdelement en de namespace controleren en exporteer opnieuw
Wat de regel zegt (technisch)

The root element must be a UBL 2.1 Invoice or CreditNote, or a UN/CEFACT CrossIndustryInvoice, in the correct namespace.

Check the root element and its xmlns declaration. UBL invoices use urn:oasis:names:specification:ubl:schema:xsd:Invoice-2; CII uses urn:un:unece:uncefact:data:standard:CrossIndustryInvoice:100.
