Wat betekent dit?

Deze waarschuwing betekent dat het Factur-X- of ZUGFeRD-bestand MINIMUM of BASIC WL gebruikt. Die profielen bevatten geen factuurregels en voldoen niet aan EN 16931; de waarschuwing alleen betekent niet dat het bestand is afgewezen.

Veelvoorkomende oorzaken

  • De software gebruikt standaard een minimaal exportprofiel
  • Er is een profiel met alleen samenvattende gegevens gekozen

Zo los je het op

  1. Kies BASIC, EN 16931 (Comfort) of EXTENDED bij de export
  2. Exporteer opnieuw en controleer of het profiel bij de eisen van je klant past
Wat de regel zegt (technisch)

Factur-X / ZUGFeRD MINIMUM and BASIC WL profiles do not carry line items and are not valid EN 16931 invoices.

Export the invoice with the BASIC, EN 16931 (Comfort) or EXTENDED profile if your buyer needs a compliant e-invoice — Germany does not accept MINIMUM or BASIC WL as e-invoices.
