What it means

The invoice must include its issue date (BT-2). The electronic file does not contain this date.

Typical causes

The invoice date was left blank
The export does not include the date field

How to fix it

Enter the actual invoice issue date
Export again and validate the invoice

What the rule says (technical)

An Invoice shall have an Invoice issue date (BT-2).

Add cbc:IssueDate in YYYY-MM-DD format.
