What it means
Each invoice line must include a name for the product or service (BT-153). At least one line is missing this information.
Typical causes
- Only an item code or note was entered
- The export omits this line field
How to fix it
- Enter a clear product or service name on each affected line
- Ask your provider to include this value on every line in the export
