Also available in:NederlandsFrançais
What it means
The payment due date is earlier than the invoice issue date. This warning highlights a possible date error; some buyers may reject an invoice that arrives already overdue.
Typical causes
- The due date was retained from a copied invoice.
- Payment terms were calculated from the wrong date.
How to fix it
- Check the invoice date and agreed payment terms.
- Correct the due date or issue date if entered incorrectly.
- If the dates are intentional, confirm acceptance with the buyer.
