What it means
When the price before discount is supplied, the net item price must equal that price minus the price discount. This concerns the item price, not VAT.
Typical causes
- The discount changed without updating the net price.
- The price before discount was copied incorrectly.
How to fix it
- Check the item price before discount and the price discount.
- Set the net price to the price before discount minus the discount.
- Export the corrected invoice again.
What the rule says (technical)
Item net price MUST equal (Gross price − Allowance amount) when gross price is provided.
Set PriceAmount = BaseAmount − Amount of the price allowance.
