BR-47
VAT category is missing from the breakdown
ErrorEN 16931BT-118
Also available in:NederlandsFrançais
What it means
Each entry in the VAT breakdown needs a VAT category code (BT-118). A rate alone does not identify the VAT treatment.
Typical causes
- A tax rate was entered without a category
- The software’s VAT code was not mapped for export
How to fix it
- Check the VAT treatment of the affected breakdown entry.
- Select the appropriate VAT category and ask your provider to export its code.
What the rule says (technical)
Each VAT breakdown (BG-23) shall be defined through a VAT category code (BT-118).
Add cac:TaxCategory/cbc:ID with a UNCL5305 code (S, Z, E, AE, K, G, O, L, M).
