VAT rate is missing from the breakdown
ErrorEN 16931BT-119
Also available in:NederlandsFrançais
What it means
Each VAT breakdown entry needs a VAT rate (BT-119), except when the invoice is not subject to VAT. A zero rate must be stated where applicable, not left blank.
Typical causes
- A zero rate was exported as a blank field
- The VAT summary lost its rate during export
How to fix it
- Check the VAT category and rate for the affected entry.
- Enter the applicable rate, including zero where appropriate; the exception applies to invoices not subject to VAT.
What the rule says (technical)
Each VAT breakdown (BG-23) shall have a VAT category rate (BT-119), except if the Invoice is not subject to VAT.
Add cac:TaxCategory/cbc:Percent (use 0 for zero rated, exempt and reverse charge).
