What it means

The specification identifier does not match the expected XRechnung profile. This warning can mean the invoice was exported using a different standard.

Typical causes

  • A generic Peppol profile was selected instead of XRechnung.
  • The export template uses an outdated or incorrect profile identifier.

How to fix it

  1. Confirm that the recipient requires XRechnung.
  2. Select the XRechnung export profile and the required version.
  3. Ask your provider to set CustomizationID or the guideline ID to the matching official XRechnung identifier.
What the rule says (technical)

The specification identifier (BT-24) should match the XRechnung standard identifier, e.g. urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0.

Set the CustomizationID / guideline ID to the XRechnung 3.0 identifier when you send an XRechnung.
