VAT breakdown is not in one group
ErrorPeppol BIS 3.0
Also available in:NederlandsFrançais
What it means
The invoice must contain exactly one VAT total group with the VAT breakdown. Different VAT rates belong in that same breakdown.
Typical causes
- The export creates a separate VAT group for each rate.
- A VAT breakdown was duplicated during export.
How to fix it
- Check that the VAT breakdown includes all required rates and categories.
- Ask your provider to place the breakdown in a single TaxTotal group.
- Export and validate the invoice again.
What the rule says (technical)
Only one tax total with tax subtotals MUST be provided.
Merge the VAT breakdowns into one cac:TaxTotal.
