What it means
The invoice must contain the seller’s postal address (BG-5). The address information must include at least the country code.
Typical causes
- The postal address has not been entered
- The address appears only on the PDF
How to fix it
- Check your company’s postal address in the settings
- Export the seller address, including its country code
What the rule says (technical)
An Invoice shall contain the Seller postal address (BG-5).
Add cac:PostalAddress to the supplier party with at least the country code.
