What it means
The buyer’s postal address must include a country code (BT-55). That code is missing from the electronic invoice.
Typical causes
- The country was left blank
- The country name is shown but its code is not exported
How to fix it
- Select the country in the customer record
- Export the two-letter ISO country code, such as NL, BE or FR
What the rule says (technical)
The Buyer postal address shall contain a Buyer country code (BT-55).
Add cac:Country/cbc:IdentificationCode to the buyer address.
