What it means
If the seller has a tax representative, the invoice must include that representative’s name (BT-62). The name is missing.
Typical causes
- The tax representative record is incomplete
- An unused tax representative section was exported
How to fix it
- If you use a tax representative, enter its official name
- If no representative applies, remove the unused section; otherwise export the completed details
What the rule says (technical)
The Seller tax representative name (BT-62) shall be provided if the Seller has a tax representative.
Add cac:PartyName/cbc:Name inside cac:TaxRepresentativeParty.
