What it means
If the seller has a tax representative, the invoice must include that representative’s postal address (BG-12). This address is missing.
Typical causes
- Only the representative’s name was entered
- The export omits the representative’s address
How to fix it
- Complete the postal address in the tax representative settings
- Export the address, or remove the unused section if you have no tax representative
What the rule says (technical)
The Seller tax representative postal address (BG-12) shall be provided if the Seller has a tax representative.
Add cac:PostalAddress to the tax representative party.
