What it means

The invoice needs at least one seller identifier: a seller identifier (BT-29), legal registration number (BT-30) or VAT number (BT-31). None is provided.

Typical causes

  • The company profile contains only a name and address
  • Seller identifiers were not mapped into the export

How to fix it

  1. Check the seller’s identification details in the company settings.
  2. Include at least one seller identifier, legal registration number or VAT number in the electronic invoice.
What the rule says (technical)

In order for the buyer to automatically identify a supplier, the Seller identifier (BT-29), the Seller legal registration identifier (BT-30) and/or the Seller VAT identifier (BT-31) shall be present.

Add at least the seller VAT number, a company registration number or a party identifier.
