Seller contact telephone is missing

What it means
The seller contact on an XRechnung must include a telephone number.
Typical causes
- Only the contact’s email address was entered.
- The phone number exists in the company profile but is not linked to the invoice contact.
How to fix it
- Open the seller’s invoice contact details.
- Enter a telephone number for that contact.
- Check that the number is included in the exported contact details.
What the rule says (technical)
The seller contact must contain a telephone number (BT-42).
Add the seller contact's telephone number.
