Seller contact email is missing

What it means
The seller contact on an XRechnung must include an email address.
Typical causes
- Only a contact name and telephone number were entered.
- The billing email was saved elsewhere and not exported as the contact email.
How to fix it
- Open the seller’s invoice contact details.
- Enter the email address for invoice queries.
- Check that the email is included in the exported seller contact.
What the rule says (technical)
The seller contact must contain an email address (BT-43).
Add the seller contact's email address.
