How to send e-invoices from Zoho Books
Peppol built inUBLZoho · 🇧🇪
Zoho Books documents sending and receiving Belgian electronic invoices from within the application through Storecove. Enabling electronic invoicing creates the organisation’s Storecove account, with sending-only or sending-and-receiving configurations.
Before you start
- Use the Belgian electronic invoicing configuration.
- Have the organisation owner enable electronic invoicing.
- Complete the organisation’s registered identification details.
- Choose the appropriate sending and receiving configuration.
- Check the customer’s Peppol details.
Step by step
- 1Have the organisation owner enable electronic invoicing.
- 2Complete the organisation registration details used for Storecove.
- 3Select Push and Fetch if the organisation must also receive documents.
- 4Allow registration to become active on the Peppol network.
- 5Check the customer’s identifier and prepare the invoice.
- 6Send through the electronic invoicing workflow and review its result.
Why invoices from Zoho Books get rejected
- Registration may take up to 72 hours to become fully active; do not assume immediate discoverability.
- Push Only does not enable incoming bills; choose Push and Fetch when receiving is required.
- Check the customer’s registered identifier before transmission.
Good to know
- This entry is scoped to the Belgian implementation and must not be extrapolated to every Zoho Books edition.
- Storecove supplies the access point, but the documented user workflow is integrated into Zoho Books.
