How to send e-invoices from Teamleader Focus
Peppol built inTeamleader · 🇧🇪 🇳🇱 🇫🇷 🇱🇺
Teamleader Focus documents electronic invoice delivery from booked invoices after activation for the company entity. The guide distinguishes Peppol delivery from the French electronic invoicing route and limits eligible entities and customers.
Before you start
- Enable electronic invoicing for the company entity.
- Use an eligible Belgian, Dutch, French or Luxembourg entity and customer.
- Enter the customer’s valid VAT, KBO or applicable French SIRET number.
- Book the invoice before sending.
Step by step
- 1Enable electronic invoicing for the relevant company entity.
- 2Check the customer’s country and identification details.
- 3Create and book the invoice.
- 4Open Revenue > Invoices and select the invoice.
- 5Click Send.
- 6Choose Send via Peppol network or the applicable Send via E-invoicing option.
Why invoices from Teamleader Focus get rejected
- The documented sending action requires a booked invoice.
- Missing or invalid VAT, KBO or applicable SIRET details make the customer ineligible for the documented route.
- Check both entity and customer country eligibility rather than assuming worldwide delivery.
Good to know
- The official article was readable through search, but direct retrieval was blocked.
- The French electronic invoicing route must not automatically be described as Peppol.
- No output syntax version is asserted.
