How to send e-invoices from e-Boekhouden.nl
Peppol via partnere-Boekhouden.nl · 🇳🇱
The documented eConnect route sends sales invoices from e-Boekhouden.nl to an email receiver, which creates drafts in eConnect. The user checks those drafts and sends them through Peppol from eConnect, rather than treating the original email as Peppol delivery.
Before you start
- Create and activate an eConnect organisation.
- Meet eConnect’s documented subscription requirement for Email Receiver.
- Configure a trusted sender for draft invoices.
- Obtain the recipient’s registered Peppol identifier.
Step by step
- 1Activate the organisation in eConnect.
- 2Open Email Receiver and choose Nieuwe afzender for draft invoices.
- 3Configure the generated destination address for invoices sent from e-Boekhouden.nl.
- 4Send the sales invoice to that destination.
- 5Open and check the resulting draft in eConnect.
- 6Select Peppol and the registered recipient, then send.
Why invoices from e-Boekhouden.nl get rejected
- Sending to Email Receiver only creates a draft; it does not complete Peppol delivery.
- Check the recipient’s registered identifier rather than assuming any VAT or KVK number is a usable destination.
- Review the imported draft before transmission instead of assuming that the emailed source contains every required field.
Good to know
- The workflow is documented by integration provider eConnect, not by an e-Boekhouden.nl help article.
- This Email Receiver connection is documented for outgoing sales invoices, not incoming purchase invoices.
- No specific structured output format is asserted.
