How to send e-invoices from SnelStart
Peppol built inSnelStart · 🇳🇱
SnelStart documents a cross-application workflow: create the invoice in SnelStart 12 or Web and send it as an electronic invoice from Polaris. Web also supports electronic delivery to Dutch customers and government organisations.
Before you start
- Have access to Polaris for the documented international workflow.
- Complete customer screening when requested.
- Enter the company’s correct KVK and VAT numbers.
- Confirm that the recipient is connected to Peppol.
Step by step
- 1Check that Polaris is available for the administration.
- 2Correct the company’s KVK and VAT numbers in its company details.
- 3Create and save the invoice in SnelStart 12 or Web.
- 4Open the saved invoice through the documented Polaris workflow.
- 5Complete identity screening if prompted.
- 6Send the invoice as an electronic invoice to the registered recipient.
Why invoices from SnelStart get rejected
- Incorrect or missing company KVK and VAT numbers prevent the documented sending workflow.
- A recipient must be connected to Peppol; an email address alone is not sufficient.
- Complete any screening prompt before expecting the invoice to be transmitted.
Good to know
- The vendor describes the Polaris workflow as temporary and says access is not available to every package.
- International delivery should not be inferred from the separate Dutch Web workflow.
- The cited article does not establish a particular output syntax version.
