Seller’s electronic address type is missing
ErrorEN 16931BT-34
Also available in:NederlandsFrançais
What it means
The seller’s electronic address (BT-34) needs a scheme identifier that says what kind of identifier it uses. The address is present without that scheme.
Typical causes
- An electronic address was entered without its identifier type
- The export omitted the scheme setting
How to fix it
- Check the seller’s electronic invoicing address and its identifier type.
- Select the matching scheme; ask your provider to include schemeID on EndpointID.
What the rule says (technical)
The Seller electronic address (BT-34) shall have a Scheme identifier.
Add the schemeID attribute to cbc:EndpointID, e.g. schemeID="9930" for a German VAT number or "0208" for a Belgian enterprise number.
